"My journey to build Prudent started when my dad was given the opportunity to retire and take his pension or a buy out from his company with some additional options. After I finished up the analysis, I realized that the landscape of retirement planning was changing forever. We were leaving the golden age of pensions, and now entering the age of the 401K."

"I believe there's brilliance in simplicity. Every investor should understand the underlying investment strategy before they make the commitment. This allows the investor to properly respond when things don't go as planned. When I am done with a financial plan and an investment strategy, I always revisit it
to ensure we have honored this principle."
