Position: Retirement Plan Sales
This individual works well independently and meets deadlines. Attention to detail is critical as well as a good foundational understanding of the qualified plan area, with specialization in the 401 and profit sharing areas specifically. You have a high-level proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software. The specific duties entail contacting prospects to determine if they are good fits for our services. Controlling all of the onboarding processing for new plans. Produce transition schedule of execution for the client. Produce the Education lineup for each organization and measure and report effectiveness of educational objectives in terms of employee retirement readiness. This individual would hold any of the retirement plan specific designations. One of the following designations is required for this position, CFP, Chfc, CRPC, AWMA.
Position: Portfolio Technician
This position demands a strong mathematical acumen with a deep knowledge of Excel as well as trading programs. Tasks include management of daily, monthly and quarterly models, production of spreadsheets for portfolio changes, mapping changes to trading platforms at custodial institutions, and confirmation of trade details for accuracy. Review of client accounts against model allocations with exceptions and carve outs.
Position: Administrative Assistant
This position requires a client-centric oriented individual who goes the extra mile to service the client. You are articulate and your attention to detail and documentation is your calling card. You are able to prioritize objectives and maintain a can-do attitude when you have an obstacle placed in your path. You work well with others and are able to produce under pressure.
